Deputy Head of Housekeeping - Luxury Guest Experience

The Caledonian Edinburgh is seeking a Deputy Head Housekeeper to support the leadership of the Housekeeping department and to ensure impeccable guest rooms, high-performing teams and consistent service excellence across the hotel.

In this role you will supervise daily operations, drive room and public area standards, coach teams, monitor productivity and costs, and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety policies. A focus on development and succession planning is essential.
