Assistant Hospitality Manager, £38,000

Join our team as Assistant Head of Hospitality Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a premium, client-focused hospitality experience. Supporting the Hospitality Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, and drive service excellence across a fast-paced corporate environment. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, improve operational processes, and enhance the overall client journey.

What you'll be doing as Assistant Hospitality Manager
  • Supporting the day-to-day hospitality operation to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships and resolving escalations
  • Leading, coaching, and developing hospitality staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Ensuring compliance with brand standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Using booking systems and CRM platforms to manage operations, reporting, and guest engagement
  • Monitoring performance metrics and providing insights to senior leadership
  • Supporting the creation of SOPs, client materials, and operational documentation
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience
  • Acting as the lead in the absence of the Hospitality Manager
What you'll need to succeed as Assistant Hospitality Manager
  • 3-5 years' experience in hospitality or a client-facing role, with supervisory responsibility
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with booking systems and CRM/guest engagement platforms (e.g. Engage or similar)
  • Experience creating documentation such as SOPs, reports, and presentations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions
