Deputy General Manager (Chinese Speaking , £30k, Restaurants, Bournemouth)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy General Manager role in one of the top restaurant chains in the UK. It is seeking experienced Chinese speakers for this position.

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant sector.
• Demonstrated motivation by service, with no compromises for simpler existence.
• Track record of successfully leading and developing teams through coaching, mentoring, and sharing enthusiasm.
• Capacity to operate as both a team member and a leader.
• Skill in detecting and fixing issues quickly and efficiently.
• Good communication abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Well versed in all compliance and back of house operations.
