Deputy General Manager - Fast-Track to Hotel GM

Malmaison is looking for a Deputy General Manager in York who will lead and motivate a large team, driving the brand strategy and ensuring exceptional celebrity service. You will be 18 months (or less) from running your own hotel and promoted from strong internal candidates.

You will maximise revenue, oversee departmental performance, and model leadership from the front while maintaining a sharp focus on health and safety and guest experience.
