Job Description
The Church of England seeks a Deputy Diocesan Director of Education to translate a deeply Christian vision into practice across its 72 church schools and academies serving over 20,000 learners. You will work with the Diocesan Education Team to lead, support and evaluate educational practice in line with our Christian mission.
You will train headteachers and senior leaders, foster strong church-school partnerships, and lead on recruitment while modelling Christian leadership within the Diocesan
