We're hiring a Deputy Club Director to support the full pre-opening journey, from building the team and setting exceptional service standards to ensuring a seamless launch and leading daily operations in a fast-paced, premium environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening activities, including team building and setting service standards.
• Ensure a seamless launch and daily operations in a fast-paced, premium environment.
• Collaborate with senior management to shape the world class venue from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Experience as a casino Deputy General Manager, Deputy Club Director or above in a high-volume London casino.
• Strong casino operational expertise with large teams.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Personal Management Licence (PML).
