The Henry County Courthouse will accept applications for the position of Deputy Circuit Clerk in the Circuit Clerk's Office until February 6th, 2026 or until filled. The main responsibility is to assist the Circuit Clerk with a variety of duties to maintain work flow in the office. Individuals need to be comfortable interacting with the public in person and on the phone. Confidentiality is very important and discretion is of the utmost importance. The minimum education requirement includes a high school diploma or equivalent and applicant must be proficient with computers. Salary starts at $36,545 with annual increases. Benefits offered include health, dental and vision insurance, as well as paid holidays, sick leave and vacation, and participation in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
