New Reflexions is seeking a Deputy Home Manager for their residential homes in Shropshire. This full-time role involves working alongside the Home Manager to ensure the homes exceed quality standards and managing staff. Applicants are required to have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualification and a passion for helping children.
