DEPUTY CHIEF FIRE OFFICER

£161,676 per annum plus additional benefits

About the role

Following the recent selection process for our new Chief Fire Officer, we are now seeking an inspirational, innovative and effective leader to take up the prestigious opportunity of Deputy Chief Fire Officer.

As Deputy Chief Fire Officer, you will report directly to the Chief Fire Officer and will assume command of the Service in their absence, providing strategic direction, operational leadership and inspirational vision for one of the most respected Fire and Rescue Services in the UK.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape and influence the future of fire and rescue whilst ensuring our service continues to protect lives, reduce risk and support our communities with professionalism, innovation and care.
