As Dorset drives forward an ambitious digital transformation programme aligned with both national priorities and local patient needs, this role will be key to delivering improvements that matter - enhancing care, empowering staff, and strengthening digital foundations across Dorset and beyond.

As Deputy CDIO, you will support digital maturity, promote interoperability, and champion data-driven decision-making across the system.

You will collaborate with internal teams, partner organisations, and national bodies to ensure digital capabilities meet modern healthcare needs.
