Deputy Chief Constable - Strategic Police Leader

Essex Police and Kent Police is seeking a Deputy Chief Constable to support the Chief Constable as the designated deputy. You will help set and oversee the force's direction, culture and performance, and lead day to day policing across the organisation.

You will ensure an effective policing response to crime and major incidents while driving long term strategic programmes, empowering staff and safeguarding victims, with a clear focus on public trust across the force's communities.
