Deputy Charity Shop Manager - Chaddesden

We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Deputy Retail Shop Manager at our busy charity shop in Chaddesden for 17.5 hrs per week - 2 full days (9am-4.30pm) and one half day each week with some flexibility to work 2 or 3 full days when required by the needs of the business. We require candidates who can work as part of a team and independently take personal ownership for the performance of the shop, maximise profits, manage a volunteer team and deliver excellent customer service. Training will be given but experience in the retail sector and a love of charity retail will be an advantage.
