Job Description

Dignus Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care across our services. You will help lead shifts, support teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operation within a 40-hour work week on site.

You will work with care plans, risk assessments and audits, coordinate rotas, and drive continuous improvement while developing staff and maintaining compliance in a busy environment.
