Deputy Care Home Manager - Lead, Train & Care Team

The Hillings in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a Deputy Manager to join our caring team. The role is 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with a salary of £35,817.60 per annum. You will support the home manager, oversee medications, and contribute to a warm, family-style environment.

You will lead on care plans, audits, and staff coaching, ensuring MCA/DoLs and CQC standards are met. An induction and ongoing training, plus a strong benefits package, accompany the role.
