Deputy Boutique Director, Luxury Retail Leadership

The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Deputy Boutique Director for its flagship Rolex Boutique on Old Bond Street, London. In partnership with the Boutique Director, you will lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional client experiences in a luxury setting.

You will role-model service standards, manage operations, mentor colleagues and champion commercial performance. The position requires passion for premium retail, client relationship building and brand stewardship.
