The Henry County Courthouse will accept applications for a full-time position of Deputy Assessor in the County Assessment Office until April 10, 2026 or until filled. Qualifications for this position are computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel, general office skills, computer data entry and proficiency in both written and verbal communication. Strong public relation skills are a must. The minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. Salary starts at $36,545 with annual increases. Benefits offered include health, dental and vision insurance, as well as paid holidays, sick leave and vacation, and participation in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
