Depot Training & Safety Development Officer

Stagecoach Guernsey is seeking a Depot Performance Officer to coordinate and deliver training, maintain records, and support employee development. You will work with depot teams to identify training needs and plan schedules.

The role covers CPC courses, inductions, End Point Assessments, mentor training and driver development programmes, plus safety and performance reporting through GreenRoad systems. Excellent organisational skills and people focus are essential.
