Depot Shift Manager - Fast-Paced Logistics (Weekends)

DPD Group is recruiting an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen depot operations management. You will work with Owner Drivers and Employed Drivers, building strong relationships and keeping drivers engaged, well managed and motivated to ensure outstanding service is delivered.

You will lead a fast-paced team, ensuring depot KPIs are met, routes are set efficiently, and resources are aligned to delivery and collection demands while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
