Depot Operations Leader - Drive Service & Profit

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of apetito group, is seeking a Depot Manager to lead daily operations at the Northants/Leicester depot. You will drive delivery performance, manage the office and delivery teams, and ensure health and safety compliance while meeting financial targets.

You will report to the Retail Sales & Operations Manager and be responsible for KPI delivery, staff development, route planning, and customer service excellence within a high-paced logistics environment.
