Job Description

Wiltshire Farm Foods in Worthing is seeking a Depot Operations Supervisor to join the leadership team. You'll model commitment to outstanding service while delivering daily processes and KPI targets across customer services, delivery fleet and cold store operations.

In this role you'll develop depot performance, coach a frontline team, manage health and safety, stock, and fleet tasks; a full UK driving licence is essential and weekend coverage is required under a 5-in-6 pattern.
