Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, including colleague rotas, stock control, and health & safety compliance
• Promote a customer-first culture with clear targets for colleagues
• Meet KPI targets related to sales and profitability
• Accurately complete paperwork and maintain electronic databases/systems

Skills & Experience

• Managerial experience in the Commercial Fleet sector, ideally in Tyre Fitting & Repair
• Experience in leading and training technician teams
• Dedicated to achieving targets, maximizing profit, and delivering excellent customer service
• Valid full driving license
