Department Supervisor: Lead Retail Team & Service

Halfords is seeking a full-time role in Lancashire, Blackburn, as a gateway to management. You will lead a department, supervise and coach colleagues, and drive the delivery of top customer service standards to Halfords customers on the sales floor.

As part of the store leadership team, you'll support management to ensure excellent service, while maintaining security and stock loss procedures. Training is provided to develop your career within the Group.
