Department Manager

Salary: Up to £42,000 basic plus excellent bonus structure and benefits

A prestigious and well-established retail destination is seeking an experienced department manager to lead a busy contemporary womenswear department within a dynamic multi-brand retail environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while developing high-performing teams.

The Role

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 20+ sales associates
• Drive department sales, KPIs, and overall commercial performance
• Ensure exceptional service standards across a premium retail environment
• Oversee day-to-day operations including visual merchandising, stock flow, and team performance
• Work closely with multiple brands to ensure strong product presentation and sales results

What We're Looking For

• Previous department store or multi-brand retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership experience managing large teams in a high-volume environment
• Commercial mindset with a passion for premium or contemporary fashion
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Immediate or short notice availability highly desirable
