About the role

The Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne is seeking General Dentists to join our Primary Care department at. We offer both part-time and full-time and casual roles (minimum 2 days/week) and flexible rostering, ideal for dentists wanting to supplement private work or step into public healthcare full-time.

You'll provide emergency and general dental care to a diverse group of patients-including those with complex medical needs and disabilities-within the scope of publicly funded services.

You'll also have access to:

  • Outreach opportunities at Vincent Care Homelessness & Housing Services Homelessness & Housing Services VincentCare (rostered, with travel costs covered)
  • Mentorship and supervision opportunities with dental students
  • $2,090 CPD allowance (pro-rata)
  • Internal CPD programs, seminars, and clinical upskilling
  • Access to specialist departments and senior clinicians to support learning and collaboration

A bit about you

Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a general dentist

1+ years' experience preferred

Passion for patient-centred care and public health

Interest in mentoring, CPD, and contributing to a teaching environment
