Dental Technician - Lab Manager

A high-quality private dental laboratory in Stockport is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Lab Manager to lead its growing team. As Dental Lab Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy, well-equipped laboratory specialising in implant, digital, and cosmetic restorative work.

You'll manage a skilled team of technicians, ensuring workflow efficiency, technical excellence, and outstanding communication with clinicians.

• Manage daily lab operations and workflow across departments
• Oversee and mentor technicians to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and efficiency
• Support digital workflows including CAD/CAM and implant design
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical teams to ensure precise, high-quality resultsMaintain quality control
• Implement process improvements and contribute to the lab's continued growth

• GDC-registered Dental Technician with strong experience in implants and digital workflows
• Proven experience in a leadership or senior technician role
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for high-quality work
• Confident working with clinicians and managing a small to medium team
