Dental Hygienist Trainer m/f/x

Your responsibilities:

• You perform professional tooth cleaning and preventive oral care for Ivoclar employees
• You provide chairside support and clinical demonstrations during training sessions and product trials
• You deliver lectures and hands-on workshops to dental professionals, both in-person and virtually
• You develop and maintain evidence-based educational curricula focused on prevention, oral hygiene, and patient care
• You collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate clinical insights into training content
• You create clinical case presentations in the context of Ivoclar Prevention & Care products
• You represent Ivoclar Academy at conferences, trade shows, and educational events

Your qualifications:

• Certified Dental Hygienist with at least 3 years of clinical experience in chairside assistance, patient care, and preventive dentistry
• Strong didactic and communication skills, experience in education preferred
• Proficient in developing training materials and using digital education tools
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
• Open-minded and culturally sensitive, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and region
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
