Job Title: Dental Clinic Manager

Employer: Farsoun Dentistry Consultants Limited

Location: 5 Rathdown Grove Sandyford road D16W7P4, DUBLIN 16

Working hours: 40 hours a week

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the dental clinic
• Coordinating administrative processes
• Managing staff schedules and acting as a liaison between the clinical and administrative staff
• Supervising patient service standards
• Controlling inventory and supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Managing financial operations and billing processes
• Monitoring revenue and expenses
• Liaising with suppliers and service providers

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in the area combined with substantial management experience in a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated experience managing daily operations of a healthcare practice (e.g., dental clinic, medical centre, pharmacy, or similar)
• Planning, directing and coordinating operational resources to ensure the efficient functioning and long term sustainability of the dental clinic
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to plan, direct and coordinate clinic operations
• Financial and budget management capability
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks
• Organisational and workflow optimisation skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
