Job Description

Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre is recruiting a Demi Chef de Partie to join our busy 4-star kitchen in Manchester city centre. You will contribute to a high standards across restaurant, bar, room service and events, working closely with an experienced team.

You'll prepare and cook dishes to brand standards, support senior chefs, and help maintain a clean, efficient workstation while minimising waste. The role offers development opportunities and a welcoming, team-focused environment.
