You will join as a Demi Chef de Partie that values creativity, collaboration, and pride in everything they do. Here, your ideas will be welcomed and your growth supported.

• Support the Chef de Partie with the smooth running of a kitchen section.
• Prepare and cook dishes to specification, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks during service to support efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintain excellent cleanliness, organisation and food safety within your section.
• Assist with stock rotation, labelling and correct storage of ingredients.
• Guide and support Commis Chefs, sharing knowledge and encouraging good practice.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth communication and positive workflow.
• Build your skills and confidence with the aim of progressing to a Chef de Partie role.
