Dementia Well-Being & Activities Lead

Whittle Hall Care Home is seeking a Well-being Lead to design and deliver meaningful activities for residents with dementia. You will work closely with care teams to tailor activities to individual histories and preferences, promoting independence, dignity and engagement.

You will create a warm, stimulating environment, support residents with various abilities, and lead community and celebratory events. A passion for improving lives is essential.
