Dementia Care Team Lead Person-Centered Living

Belong Birkdale is seeking an experienced Team Lead to guide a household of older people, including those living with dementia, ensuring person-centred care and high standards. You will lead a team of Support Workers, coordinate rotas, oversee medications and maintain care plans with a focus on dignity and independence.

You will also conduct supervisions, support team development, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals while upholding Belong's values and policies.
