Job Description- Building and maintaining a robust demand forecast using historical data, market insights, and promotional activity
- Leading the monthly S&OP cycle and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Managing product lifecycle planning including launches, discontinuations, and phase-outs
- Monitoring key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, and service level performance
- Challenging assumptions and providing data-driven insights to support decision making
- Collaborating with global supply teams to ensure alignment of demand and supply plans
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting processes and tools
- Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning (FMCG, beauty, or retail an advantage)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with advanced Excel (Power BI beneficial)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- The confidence to challenge, influence, and bring clarity to complex data
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions focused mindset
