Dell Infrastructure Consultant (VxRail, PowerEdge, PowerStore, PowerScale, PowerProtect, Connectrix)

We are looking for a highly skilled Dell Infrastructure Consultant with expertise across the Dell EMC ecosystem, including VxRail, PowerEdge, PowerStore, PowerScale, PowerProtect, and Connectrix. This role involves hands-on implementation, support, and upgrade services for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform code, firmware, and software upgrades across Dell platforms (eg, VxRail bundle upgrades)
• Conduct detailed health checks to ensure optimal system performance
• Maintain asset inventory and version compliance across all infrastructure components
• Lead and execute upgrade activities while guiding and supporting customers throughout the process ( hand-holding approach)
• Ensure smooth and documented delivery of all upgrade and maintenance tasks

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven expertise in Dell EMC technologies: VxRail, PowerEdge, PowerStore, PowerScale, PowerProtect, and Connectrix
• Strong experience in code upgrades, firmware/software life cycle management, and health checks
• Ability to take ownership of the full upgrade process - from planning to execution
• Excellent customer-facing skills with a collaborative and supportive approach
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset for system maintenance and reliability

Nice to Have:

• Dell EMC certifications in relevant technologies
• Experience in enterprise environments or managed services
