Delivery Support (Divestiture Tech Carve-Out) - 6 months+ - Hybrid/London - £550/£600 Outside

We are looking for a contract Delivery Support / Manager to join a small team working on a divestiture Tech Carve-Out / Tech De-Coupling project.

To apply you should have the following skills/experience:

• Previous experience of working on a tech separation and a Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) - with battle scars
• Excellent interpersonal skills / be communicator
• Very strong organisational skills
• Effective divestiture planning skills
• Strong relationship building, collaboration & teamwork ethic
• No direct reports and you need to have very hands-on delivery expertise (a doer, not a manager)

Nice to haves:

• Any insurance / FS Tech Separation (ideally in a cloud based environment)
• Agile / P4 exposure
