At DXC, one of our platinum accounts has an opening for a Delivery Stream Lead. You will be reporting into the HSS Client Success Lead, and working closely with Schema the delivery stream leads لابد and our client partners. You will be developing strategies and managing diverse teams in a multi-stakeholder, complex environment, while maintaining motivation in a matrix organisation.

Role responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the governance and prioritisation of project and people delivery within the delivery stream.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by onboarding new staff to land well, preparing them with the relevant skills to excel within the HSS territory.
  • Overseeing day to day operational partner management and performance, managing conflicts and risks, being an escalation point for these matters.
  • Ensuring governance and adherence to cost and quality with WBS management resulting in potential margin improvement.

  • Experience within financial management, including budget responsibility.
  • Experience in customer stakeholder relationship management.
  • Experience in delivery/programme/people management.
