Delivery Station Lead - Optimize Ops & People

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a delivery station supervisor to oversee daily operations for INTERNATIONAL UK LTD. You will lead a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, manage inbound/outbound flows, and ensure accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes to meet on-time delivery targets.

You will monitor performance against metrics, enforce safety and quality standards, and communicate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
