DELIVERY MANAGER -HARDWARE

We are seeking a highlyexperienced Delivery Manager - Hardware to leadour Swindon center operations. This role will be focusing on powerelectronics technologies across automotive, industrial, andavionics sectors while managing engineering teams, projectdelivery, and business growthinitiatives.

What will you be doing ateInfochips?

• Engineering& Project Management: Oversee engineering teams, ensuringeffective project assignments and resourceallocation.
• Technology Leadership: Stay updatedon power electronics trends, guiding product design and developmentlifecycle for EV chargers, inverters, and relatedhardware.
• Business Development: Collaboratewith the solutions and sales team to drive new customeracquisitions and expand market presence.
• GlobalCollaboration: Work closely with India offshore teams andcross-functional departments for seamless projectexecution.
• Financial Oversight: Partner withthe finance team to manage the P&L of the center, ensuringsustainable growth and profitability.
• StrategicPlanning: Develop business proposals, budgeting plans, and salesstrategies to enhance marketpositioning.
• Regulatory Compliance: Overseeproduct certification processes to ensure adherence to industrystandards.

Whatare we looking for?

• 14-15years of experience in power electronics, including EV chargers,power converters and inverters, and product development in any oftarget market segments
• Proven background inengineering services with cross-functional team management(mechanical, electrical, and softwareteams).
• Strong expertise in business proposals,budgeting, and sales strategies.
• Experience inproduct certification and compliance within automotive, industrial,or avionics sectors.
• Excellent leadership,communication, and stakeholder managementskills.
