Responsibilities

• Manage a team of stockroom staff to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment, ensuring performance targets are achieved.
• Take a hands on approach to operational activities, working alongside the team, supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
• Create an atmosphere that motivates, inspires and supports your team's performance.
• Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes, continuously improving, identifying and solving problems to drive the highest stockroom and stock processing standards.
• Strive to have beautifully presented stock available to customers as soon as possible.

About You

• Passionate about customers, people and products, and able to inspire and motivate others.
• A team player who thrives in a results driven, fast paced, challenging environment and adapts quickly to change.
• Excellent communicator who works naturally with people at all levels, remaining calm and realistic under pressure.
• Strong problem solving skills, confident in challenging processes and generating innovative ideas to move the business forward.
• Confident when dealing with people issues.
• Effective multi tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload.
• Experience with productivity related performance targets is desirable but not essential.

Shifts you are applying for

19.5 hours per week: Mon 13:00 - 20:00; Wed 13:00 - 20:00; Fri 13:00 - 20:00
