A rapidly scaling defence technology company is looking for an exceptional Delivery Lead to help drive the delivery of software powering the next generation of AI, robotics, and autonomous systems. What they're looking for:

• 5+ years' experience delivering complex software or technical programmes in high-growth technology companies
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Comfortable balancing priorities, managing risk, and delivering in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills with a highly organised, ownership-driven mindset
• Strong technical understanding of modern software engineering and cloud-based products

Nice to have:

• Experience within AI, robotics, defence, autonomous systems, or other deep-tech environments
• Background as a Software Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical Program Manager
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or complex enterprise software
