Contract: 6 month contract with likely extension. Remote working. Inside IR35 via Umbrella.

Our Financial Services client are looking for a Delivery Lead to join them on a contract basis.

Collaborating closely with colleagues across Technology and throughout the organisation, you will help deliver safe and supportable services which underpin business processes.

You will help lead the end to end delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions within an Azure DevOps environment. Manage a team of Power Platform developers and ensure smooth delivery, quality, and alignment with technical and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across Power Platform projects (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Manage and support a team of Power Platform developers.
• Oversee Azure DevOps Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and release processes.
• Plan sprints, manage backlogs, track progress, and communicate status.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, security, and quality standards.
• Promote best practices, DevOps automation, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Delivery Lead or Technical Delivery Manager.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
