Delivery Director (Oracle)

UK Based

Hybrid working model

We are seeking a Delivery Director (Oracle) for a UK based IT Services client.

You must be a UK resident and either have or be eligible for Security Clearance.

In this role you will have a mix of Delivery and commercial responsibility. Our client are seeking someone to help drive their Oracle Cloud offering (ERP, EPM and HCM),

This is a unique opportunity to provide transformative solutions. Your remit will include delivery, commercial growth and leading and inspiring multi disciplined teams.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate

Proven track record overseeing multi-million-pound portfolios or programmes within the Oracle Applications arena.
Experience engaging at Executive level and delivering transformational change in Finance and/or HR systems.
Strong stakeholder management including leading Steering Groups & Committees.
Ability to lead delivery teams dispersed over multiple locations
Strong commercial skills with focus on both customer solutions and satisfaction
Strong Proposal, presentation and influencing skills.
