Delivery & Compliance Lead - Environmental Operations

Anglian Water is seeking a Delivery Support Lead to strengthen compliance and environmental performance across Water operations. You will support our 24/7 Control Centre and operational teams to identify root causes, develop practical compliance processes and ensure learning is embedded.

The role leads day-to-day compliance activities, creates clear procedures, coaches colleagues, and supports audits and corrective actions, with on-site work in Lincoln.
