Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Sunday between 6:00am and 6:00pm, with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role

Our deli's are a convenient place for customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or great coffee on the go. Our hard working and friendly team make it all happen - from proofing and baking a selection of goods within the bakery department, preparing delicious food, delivering first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean.

You'll be supported by a team of brilliant people, and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities.

As Delish Deli Team Member you will:

• Listen to and understand customers' needs and advise customers about our products and services.
• Provide a first class service to all customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
• Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and Delish deli remain fresh and appetizing for customers.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• No prior retail or foodservice experience required - we'll provide all the necessary training.
• Looking for team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who know how to make customers smile and provide the very best experience.
