Deli Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Manager to join our team at Londis The Faythe. As the Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our deli operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality food products.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the deli department, including food preparation, cooking, and serving

• Train and supervise deli staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer service

• Develop and implement strategies to increase deli sales and profitability

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to meet customer demand

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
