Job Description
Fresh Food Manager Co. Wicklow is seeking a seasoned deli professional to lead a busy fresh food department. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain high food quality and safety, and drive profitability through stock control and effective team leadership.
The role requires 5-6 years of hands-on experience in deli or fresh food, with strong HACCP knowledge and a proactive management style. Early starts and strong transport links are preferred.
