ResponsibilitiesThe Delegated Claims Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing relationships with Delegated Claims Administrators (DCAs), ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and high-quality claims data. This includes due diligence, contract and audit management, bordereaux oversight, internal reporting, and market engagement, while also coordinating outsourcing and supporting strategic initiatives across the claims function.
Qualifications- Proven experience in delegated claims or TPA oversight within the insurance or Lloyd's market.
- Experience coordinating audits and managing external relationships with DCAs and auditors.
- Strong understanding of delegated claims management and Lloyd's market practices.
- Familiarity with DCA oversight frameworks, including SEND, DAM, and DDM
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements including Lloyd's Hurdle Principle, SOX, and KPMG audit standards.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple audits, contracts, and reporting streams.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, particularly in data quality and bordereaux reviews.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including market engagement and internal reporting.
- Proficiency in relevant systems (e.g., Lloyd's market tools, bordereaux platforms, Excel, and reporting tools).
