The Role

With Intelligence is seeking a self-motivated and commercially minded Delegate Sales Executive to secure ticket sales and enhance attendee experience across our Women's Summits events in Europe and APAC.

Reporting to the Business Development Director, the successful candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets. This role is vital for revenue growth and event success.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and reach out to potential delegates/participants in the asset management industry via calls, emails, and social media to promote upcoming events.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to qualify and nurture inbound leads and target audiences from marketing campaigns.
  • Develop knowledge of event themes and market dynamics, confidently discussing new topics.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand and match client needs with event offerings, securing delegate passes.
  • Meet or exceed KPI standards and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry attendees.
  • Accurately record sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company professionally at calls, conferences, and networking events to generate new business.
  • Gather market intelligence and attendee feedback to inform sales strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in events or conferences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with determination and results-driven attitude.
  • Energetic, passionate about events and networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling, negotiation, and closing sales.
  • Understanding of the asset management sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights effectively.
  • Resilience and composure under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online conferencing tools.
