Job Description
Overview

Live shows make us feel good. They're a time to hang with friends, discover new artists, or lose ourselves on a dance floor. We're on a mission to bring this joy to more fans, more often, and that starts with creating a workplace where everyone belongs.

We're looking for an experienced DEI Partner to coordinate and deliver our DEI programmes and initiatives. This is a solo, individual contributor role; you'll be the go-to person for DEI activity, working independently while engaging senior stakeholders and collaborating across the organisation. You'll bring expertise in DEI practices, a knack for building inclusive communities, and the organisational skills to keep a global programme moving across the UK, EU, and US. If you're a self-starter who enjoys turning strategy into action, this could be your stage.

At DICE, you'll be part of the company that is redefining live entertainment. It's a place where you can be yourself, influence the culture, and create work that you're proud of.

  • Build creative and inclusive communication plans to promote events, encourage participation, and highlight diverse voices within the company.
  • Partner with People, Comms, and other core teams to weave DEI principles into internal communications, learning programmes, and company-wide activities.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-region connection, ensuring employees in the UK, EU, and US feel equally represented and able to participate.
