The team comprises around 17 staff, including six litigators, and has deep expertise in managing employers and public liability claims from large corporate clients. Job Description

The Defendant PI Solicitor - EL/PL will be:

• Handle exclusively complex, litigated EL/PL disputes
• Acting for major retail clients
• Working effectively within a team of six litigators and broader support staff
• Delivering efficient, client-focused defence strategies
• Maintaining high standards of professional knowledge across EL/PL litigation

The Successful Applicant

The Defendant PI Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor (or equivalent) with solid experience defending personal injury claims, specifically in EL and PL
• At least 2 years' PQE, preferably in a complex defence setting
• Confident handling high-stakes, litigated caseloads with minimal oversight
• Collaborative, technically adept, and comfortable working entirely on defended matters
