Job Description
OMNIA Training in the UK seeks a Facilitation Specialist to transform the British Army's collective training. You will work in a matrix organisation, reporting to the Training Support Branch and supporting the CTTP programme, coordinating exercise design, planning and real-life support across UK and overseas locations.
The role requires experience designing training support solutions, strong stakeholder management, and knowledge of MOD procedures.
